Keep all installed 2N IP devices for emergency communication under control. Manage it remotely under a single account.

Monitor connected devices

The operator can immediately see which mobile network the gateway is registered on, the signal strength and whether the device is running on primary or back-up power.

Plug and Play

Simply connect the IP gateway to the internet and switch it on. The device will automatically connect to 2N Elevator Center and download the correct configuration file.

No unnecessary trips

Access device remotely to see what the problem is. If a service technician really needs to be dispatched, they’ll know exactly why they are going to the installation site.
